Topic 3 – Efficient and effective use of raw materials in design and production
In direct alignment with the RAMP 2026 Call and Horizon Europe Cluster 4 priorities, we are actively seeking to join ambitious consortia as a robust industrial, R&D, and large-scale demonstration partner. Our cooperation interests focus on contributing high-value expertise in the following areas:
Sustainable & Eco-efficient Raw Material Processing: Leveraging our cutting-edge mineral flotation and energy-optimized expansion techniques to minimize environmental footprints and lower the embodied carbon of raw industrial inputs.
Circular Economy & Industrial Symbiosis: Leading or contributing to tasks focused on upcycling perlite processing by-products and waste fines into high-value functional fillers, geopolymer matrices, or green insulation products.
Advanced Materials for Green & Digital Transitions: Engineering next-generation, perlite-infused lightweight composites. This includes using the ultra-porous and non-combustible (Class A1) structure of expanded perlite as a highly stable carrier for Phase Change Materials (PCMs) or immersion cooling fluids—directly answering passive cooling and thermal management challenges in digital infrastructure (data centers).
Large-Scale Industrial Validation & Demonstration: Acting as a high-capacity validation partner capable of scaling laboratory-proven formulations into industrial-scale production and supplying massive, custom-engineered prototype batches for real-world stress testing under extreme environments (such as cryogenic or high-heat operations).
We bring unmatched raw material security, proven international supply chain experience with global market leaders, and advanced internal laboratory infrastructure to collaborative projects. We welcome invitations to connect, align expertise, and co-develop innovative project proposals.
