We are looking to join an existing RAMP JTC 2026 consortium, particularly under Topic 3, as an industrial R&D partner.

We are particularly interested in carrying out experimental research activities in organic synthesis, including synthesis route development, optimisation of reaction conditions, improvement of yield and raw-material efficiency, testing of alternative reagents and solvents, laboratory validation and process scale-up.

We are open to adapting our experimental activities to an existing project concept and can complement partners working on sustainable chemistry, resource efficiency, process engineering, material substitution, digital process optimisation, LCA/MFA or industrial scale-up.

We would preferably take responsibility for a clearly defined experimental R&D scope carried out in our laboratory in Poland.

Synthetika Sp. z o.o. is a Polish-based chemical company specialising in organic synthesis, specialty chemicals and the supply of chemical reagents and laboratory equipment for research and industrial applications.

We operate our own laboratory in Poland and currently maintain an inventory of approximately 4,000 chemical compounds, providing broad access to reagents and specialty chemicals for experimental work.

We also maintain an extensive stock of laboratory glassware covering approximately 200 m² of storage space and have access to cost-efficient reactor systems and laboratory equipment, supporting flexible experimental synthesis, process development and scale-up activities.

Synthetika combines chemical expertise, laboratory capabilities and access to reagents and reactor systems with the potential for subsequent industrial exploitation and commercialisation of project results.
