RAMP intends to build a database of experts willing to participate as evaluators in its Joint Transnational Calls.
If you are interested in becoming an evaluator, please follow the steps below to register in the RAMP expert database.
For each call, the experts are invited to participate in the Call Evaluation Panel (CEP) according to their expertise area (depending on the characteristics of the submitted proposals) and representativity criteria (such as country, gender and industrial expertise).
Each member of the CEP proceeds to an individual pre-assessment of the proposals in their portfolio. Subsequently, all proposals in a given call topic are discussed in a virtual plenary session.
For each call, you will be requested to state whether you are willing to participate as an evaluator, and to verify that the information in your profile is up to date. In addition to that, you can update/rectify your profile information at any time.
Participants or collaborators involved in proposals submitted to a given call are not allowed to act as evaluators for that call.
IMPORTANT! The RAMP calls are implemented as a centralised two-step (Pre- and Full-Proposal step) evaluation and selection procedure. Evaluators are requested to be available for both steps. The participation to the virtual CEP meetings is mandatory.
